Pineapple-Coconut Layer Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg, yellow cake mix.
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp.vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Directions:
1. Mix and bake in 2 layers.
2. When cake layers are cold, split in half to make four layers.
3. Mix the following:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pineapple ,well drained coconut

4. Put  1/4 of the mixture on three layers and sprinkle with thawed frozen coconut. When you get a the cake assembled, spread sides and top with Cool whip.  Then sprinkle  coconut over all!
