A wonderful icing for Mama Peggy's Red Velvet Layer Cake.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • ½ stick margarine
  • 4 tbsp Crisco shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Cream margarine, cream cheese and shortening together.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.

This goes well with Mama Peggy's Red Velvet Layer Cake.
