Best Pecan Pie (I have ever tasted)

- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 (16 ounce) box light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pecans, broken
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- Melt butter and mix (by hand) with sugar, corn meal, water, vanilla and eggs.
- Add pecan pieces.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
