Cheese Ball 2

Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained) 2 cups chopped nuts 1/4 cup green pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. onion Directions: Add pineapple to cheese; mix pepper, onion, and salt into mixture. Add 1/2 cup nuts.  Form into 2 large balls. Cover with remaining nuts and refrigerate.

Sausage Dip (This is yummy!)

1 lb.  Neese’s Sausage (mild  or hot) 1-6 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 can Rotel Original diced tomatoes and green chives. Directions: Cook sausage in frying pan until well done. Place sausage in crock pot, thoroughly mix in other ingredients. Keep warm on lowest heat.   Serve with tortillas or choice of chips.

Olive Cheese Ball (The best Cheese Ball ever!!!)

2-8oz.pkg. cream cheese 1 lb. mild or medium cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2 or 1 pkg. Italian dressing mix 1/4 cup olives (chopped) 2 tsp. olive juice 1 cup pecans (chopped) Directions: Mix well with hands and roll in pecans. Delicious!
