Ingredients

pink salmon

beaten

cornmeal

flour

buttermilk

salt

pepper
cooking oil
Instructions
Remove bones and skin from salmon; crumble fine.
Mix all ingredients, stirring well.
Shape like patties with your hands or drop by tablespoon into hot cooking oil.
Brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
