Deviled Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- DEVILED CHEESE
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tbsp.Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 8 drops of Tabasco
- ½ celery seed
- 2 tsp. horseradish
Instructions
- Mix butter in water.
- Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously.
- Cook until ball forms and does not separate.
- Remove from heat.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth.
- Drop by teaspoons 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
- When cool, cut off top and fill with deviled cheese filling.
- For filling, mix ingredients for deviled cheese.
- Fill puffs.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat at 300 degrees until cheese melts and is heated thoroughly (this filling also makes great grilled cheese sandwiches).
